Project Development

Your new home project encompasses a myriad of details throughout the land acquisition, architectural design, and construction phases. Kimberly LeMieux, the principal of Laurel Homes, is dedicated to simplifying the process of building a custom home and assuring that you can achieve your ideal home on time and within your budget. While you will work directly with the architect, builder, and landscape designer, Kimberly serves as your primary point of contact directing many of the necessary background tasks and details in order to achieve cohesive overall design.

Land Acquisition

If you are in the market to purchase a home building site, Laurel Homes can provide you with insight and years of experience in acquiring the ideal parcel. If you already have land for building or have completed architectural plans, we can work with you as well to build your new home. Either way, Laurel Homes is committed to making the process as seamless and efficient as possible. Alternatively, Laurel Homes always has one or two custom homes in process, on land which we have acquired, if you choose to leave the building to us.

Construction

John Gercon, general contractor and owner of Adcon Builders, constructs and closely manages the building aspect of each new home project. When you choose Laurel Homes, you work with a construction team that is dedicated to your project until it is completed to your satisfaction. Plus, unlike many construction companies, Adcon Builders retains full-time employees who provide detailed supervision, including coordination with outside consultants, on every job.

Interior Design

Kimberly LeMieux is also well known for her interior design expertise and works with you to specify all finish details, materials, and colors. She exhibits a pure approach, a strong classic style, and offers clients a range of choices given their design parameters, as well as, the style of the house. Kimberly stays current with design trends, colors, resources, and suppliers to offer clients the most up-to date choices and best values within the market place. Once again the goal is to achieve the highest level of satisfaction with the least amount of effort from you, the client.
