Kimberly attended the University of California at San Francisco and has lived in Menlo Park for more than 12 years. Her development experience includes work as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Peninsula Developer, and 10 years as a top-producing real estate broker. Together with her husband, Tom LeMieux, a highly successful real estate broker, she is active in numerous community charities and local school foundations. Her portfolio of custom homes exhibits her strong design sense and commitment to quality.

PAT AND JOHN GERCON – ADCON BUILDERS INC.

Pat and John Gercon founded Adcon Builders in 1985, bringing together tremendous experience in the building industry. Adcon Builders’ president and license-holder, Pat Gercon was one of the industry’s few women managing sales and construction projects for high-end commercial contractors doing large projects. John Gercon grew up doing construction work, joining Adcon Builders as vice-president after a career in education and technology sales and training. For 19 years the Gercons have been building fine custom homes in the Bay Area.
